    Exactly what you said. Just a bulge in the siding. The PO had the overcab rebuilt due to water leakage. He thinks that they either didn't glue that section or the glue in that section failed from the repair. It doesn't leak so I haven't messed with it.

    It does have two brand new batteries and this was the first trip since they were replaced. Maybe one of the cells wasn't completely sealed and the acid boiled out. I'll pull them and get them both load tested.

    Yeah I was going to check the real voltage. I got back from the trip Sunday night at 10 and then left at 5 am Monday for a business trip. Just got home yesterday so I was going to check the real voltage this weekend. It should put out a little over 14 V at idle right?

    If this is the case then everything should be ok. I think our engines only burn about 0.6 gallons an hour at idle. So an hour at idle would return 6+ gallons. Should the return system return more fuel with higher rpm?

    Good luck with the non-messy part. I try to be very careful whenever filtering and transferring WVO, but i still manager to get it on my clothes or spill some on the floor 50% of the time. It is just inherently messy.

    I would recommend a two tank system. A heated tank for WVO and the normal tank for diesel. That is what i run and I have very few problems. Start up on Diesel to get everything hot and then switch to veggie. Purge the lines with diesel before shut down and everything will run smoothly...
