haha plywood. the floor of the 1968 mercury rotted out some on the driverside. so what does dad do but take a piece of tin off of a bin, bend it some and screw it over the hole so your foot dont go through anymore. he didnt even pull up the rubber floormats lol.
why did you cut the roof of of that cab? if you hadnt cut the roof off you could have sent it to davids farm for his F-250. we all know your cab was 300times better than his.
if its like my GMC its just heldon by 2 pop rivets. if it was me i would transfer the plate over so that it stays a 1990 ford F-250 diesel 5 speed 4x4 and so on. otherwise it could end up becoming a 1992 ford F-150 2wd shortbox blah blah blah lol. seems simpler by just moving the plate over.

oh i see i forgot that was a newer engine. my dipstick is on the driverside so i didnt have to deal with it(except for when my rear main seal blew then oil pan gaskets wouldnt hold)
my turbo and manifold were off a 1993 6.5 i think. i had to grind the exhaust manifold and the injector nuts a bit. and it fit like a glove. whyd you have to deal with the dipstick? did you change that manifold or something? my downpipe is quite a deal but my truck is a old body style so theres...
i did the exact same thing on my 85 6.2. it was simple. lots of fabricating though.... the 6.5 heads have a different injector angle to let the turbo manifold fit. a 6.5 turbo manifold will fit but the manifold and injector nuts will have to be ground off a slight bit.
marine injectors are a...
