    It would be a 5" lift [shackle reversal + 2.5"lift] in the front and 2.5" in the rear. You can combine shackle reversals and lift kits just have to keep in mind the shackle reversal only lifts the front end so you have to modify the lift for the rear end.     Sounds like all you need to do is take the 5 speed off the 1996 PSD with the adapter plate that is there and mount both the adapter and trany on your 1990 F250 IDI. Then fab up pedels/linkage....etc.

    1993 F250 DID N/A

    I had the same problem with my 93 F350 7.3 IDI and it turned out to be non conductive corrosion at my battery terminals. Once I scraped and cleaned up my leads and battery terminals she started turning over just fine.
