My buddy has a 2002 7.3 psd. He has replaced the motor with a new one. It startes up good and idles perfect, but when you get into the pedal and start to built boost it overheats. Anything you guys have will be great. Thanks

The only bad thing I have to say about my vdo gauges is it's hard to read the pyro. I have the probe in the turbo housing on the ats 088 and I have heard that it runs cooler there. I have never noticed it to have a slow reaction or climb after I get off the throttle. As for the boost I hit 10...

Yours looks nice and clean. I like how your battery is in the stock location. My engine compartment is all cluttered up. I thought about taking my ac compressor out but the ac works to good to take it out. Your motor is nice and clean and it looks good.
We got my stack on the other day and I love it. I have four inch from the down pipe then it goes into the six inch stainless stack that I painted flat black.

I bought vdo boost gauge that goes to 15 psi and it works great and I have the vdo pyro to match. The only problem with the vdo pyro is, its kinda hard to read, but you get used to it.
I am putting on a 6" stack on the old girl. What is the best way to mount that. I think I have a good idea on how to mount it to the bed, but I dont know about the rest. I was planning on running pipe the whole way but thought it might be better to use flex tube for the bend up to the stack...
With mine 088 ats turbo I can built 10 psi pretty easy. When I first put it on I did not turn up the ip and I could only hit 5 psi. Then I turn up the ip about 2 to 2.5 turns and it came alive.
Today I pulled my first load with the turbo. I hit a few hills and it did really well. I have the 088 ats and I have my pyro mounted pre turbo where it is drilled and tapped from ats. Is that place accurate? My buddies and I think it is to far from the engine and is off 100 to 200 degrees...
