no start when the engine's warm...
Howdy guys My 88 7.3 will start easily when the engine is cold, but after she warms up and sits for few minutes, she will crank and crank but no start. wd-40 spray in intake has no effect. Truck has a rebuilt injector pump (Diesel Care) and new delphi injectors I installed a few weeks ago...- bubbahzanetti

300D turbo diesel into F350 swap
Hey all Anybody ever done this one? Mercedes 300D turbo and automatic into a 80's F350? My IDI is getting tired.....Sounds simple, but would it have the power to push the truck with 4:10 gears?- bubbahzanetti

cold start high idle switch
I have a 88 7.3, non turbo... does anybody know where the temp switch is that controls the high idle and timing advance? I have no power to that circuit on cold starts. Thanks! BZ:dunno- bubbahzanetti

oily and rusty injectors
Hello, I'm changing the injectors in my 7.3 and two of the old ones came out with rusty gunk on the sides of the injectors running up to just under the threads. Two others had oily burnt residue on the sides. All the old injectors were pretty clean at the tips. The truck has 169K on it. It's...- bubbahzanetti
