    I have 10+ years on the original style . Still not sure why so many have problems. One thought, quality control of the caps is a very likely issue. Crap hose and orings is another. And as said operator error. Dont use a washer on the top, an oring there does just fine with no cap damage.

    There is no non oring version. Only factory and ats use the oring pedestal. My kits come with the correct stuff.

    The white rogers isnt a controller its just a relay. If your controller is working just let it do its thing after you move it. Mine was staying on even after glow light went off. I just cut the ign circuit, put in a button..BUT left the controller because the ligh goes out then I let go.
