    Exhaust hardware questions

    It seems ford uses just plain old steel hardware for exhaust. Is there a reason on a 7.3 turbo to not use copper nuts or stainless hardware? I have done few engine rebuilds in my life, Mercedes diesels and older gm engines tend to use copper nuts on exhaust and they really seem to never seize...
