    My arduino gauge project

OK, I've built one of the filters. It works! Now to build some more, and get the sensors. Thanks for the filter design!

    My arduino gauge project

Well, shoot. I plugged in a NTC type sensor, and the all went to -40. The resistance was checked against a resistance table, and made sense (8.3k for around 85 degrees F). I doesn't matter which pin I put it on (A0-A3), all the fields change to the displayed picture below. I'm using the 5V pin...

    My arduino gauge project

Alright! Up and running! I ran the script you gave me, it gave me 0x3F. Changed the address from 0x27 to 0x3F. Thank you for the time spent on figuring this out. I couldn't have done it without your help.

    My arduino gauge project

Thanks! It compiled and uploaded. I've got data in the serial monitor now. The display is still inop, but maybe I got a bad screen. Let me check on a couple of things...... Thank you! I showed some people at Christmas what you're doing, they thought it was really cool.

    My arduino gauge project

That worked! It compiles and uploads now. The display isn't working. Looks a little different than the one in your picture, but i think that may be because its newer? I bought it two days ago. Its hooked up right, I think. This is the Amazon page I bought it from...

    My arduino gauge project

OK, I've got the circuit built, and I'm trying to compile and download the code. I keep getting " 'NEGATIVE' was not declared in this scope ". I think I have the wrong Liquid_Crystal_I2C.h library. Did you have this problem? It seems to compile otherwise. Also, I noticed that you're using two...

    My arduino gauge project

Thank you for the code, and the sensor ID's. I have a R3 that I'm using now, You're using a nano? Is this it? https://www.amazon.com/Arduino-A000005-ARDUINO-Nano/dp/B0097AU5OU It has two more analog inputs than mine, and it's CHEAP! I'm sorry to ask again, but do you have the STL file for...

    My arduino gauge project

I'd like to make the same display the you put in the left side of the dash. I think that was a 20x4, right? Extrapolating the data can be done, I remember enough from my microprocessor class to adapt your code to what I need. What I don't remember, is the commands to display and format the...

    My arduino gauge project

This is an awesome project! Does anyone have the STL files, or the Arduino code? I'd like to add multiple gauges, and this would keep the dash really clean.

    Lock-up converter help

Ok, got the right wire. However, during lock-up, it drops the rpm by about 500, but as soon as I accelerate, it's got about 200rpm of slip. Does this mean I need a new converter?

    Lock-up converter help

I recently got a 92 crew cab, turbo 7.3. Having trouble getting the converter to lock up. Found the write-ups in this forum and made the mod, but it won't lock up. The wire colors were different, ended up slicing the brown and orange wire. It's taking .6 amps, but doesn't lock up. Here is the...

    Centurion Engine Build Thread

This is all I've got done in the past month. Rolled it over to put the pan on, and rechecked the torque on the caps and rods. The caps were fine, but the rods all turned a bout a 1/8 to 55 ft/lbs. I putting the rear cover on now, and driving the main seal in. Is the Fel-Pro seal fine, or would...

    Centurion Engine Build Thread

It's powder coated. I "think" it"ll be OK. I've done interior engine parts in the past with this coating and it's been OK, but I've never done behind a water pump. Just assumed it wouldn't be a problem.

    Centurion Engine Build Thread

Got some more work done tonight. The valley pan, intake, IP, injectors, lines, front cover, valve covers, and return lines are on. I know the marks don't line up on the can gear, I put it the way the instructions said from IDI Performance. Let me know if you guys see anything I'm doing wrong.

    Centurion Engine Build Thread

OK, the one that faces up at the rear of the block? It's 1/4 alright. Would Jasper have punched it out larger if it was a core? Also, I thought I read somewhere that the oil cooler passages in the turbo engines were different. Anyway, I got the cam changed, lifters, pushrods, exhaust manifolds...

    Centurion Engine Build Thread

I've been putting together this 7.3 turbo engine for a Centurion that a bought a few years ago. The covers are at the powder coater, And I'm changing the cam with one from IDI performance. A few questions. 1. It's a Jasper engine, and the numbers are ground off next to the injection pump...

Need help Identifying a block please.

Thank you. I'll look at that in the next few days. I did notice that it has the correct pistons, oil cooler, and exhaust valves.

Need help Identifying a block please.

I bought a Centurion a few months ago with the intention of building the motor for it. I'm concerned that this isn't a factory turbo block. It did have a Jasper engine in it. Here's a picture of the casting number. Can you guys tell me what it is?

    WTB Crew Cab

I've seen the pictures, is that a Centurion? Four Speed? Turbo? When would it be available to be sold?

    WTB Crew Cab

I was hoping for something a little closer, but for the right truck, I'll travel. Do you have any pics? Two wheel is fine. I'm trying to tow my fifth wheel, and I can't fit everyone in the extended cab.

Wow, that is nice, and ideal for what I want. But 12K? Wish I had the money.
