Oh, duh, I was still stuck on electrical train of thought, wasn't thinking about it meaning brick nose, thought it was meaning some kind of brick the wires go to lol Pressure switch? Sorry don't know anything about ac systems That sounds like a good way to go about it, thanks- SPR1NK

Really my main concerns with wiring is is there some extra wiring that goes to the control panel in the cab, and I traced where the wires went from the compressor to the fender and they go into a connector that my truck doesn't have- SPR1NK

I have everything, truck I'm taking it out of its factory ac, my truck tho has never had ac and I just need to know how the wiring stuff needs to be done up, is my whole dashboards harness gunna need to be swapped? Or just add in the stuff that goes to the ac? Electrical just loses me- SPR1NK

Also the radiator core support that's in my truck came out of one that had ac and from what I can tell it looks like the cooler and lines will fit in mine exactly as they are in the parts truck- SPR1NK

I have an 89 7.3 parts truck that has ac, and I am wanting to swap the ac in to my truck, but I know noting about it. What does it take to do that swap? As far as I can tell all parts for ac are in the parts truck- SPR1NK

steering column broken please help
I have grab handles on the outside of the truck just in front of the extended cab Windows but they are odd to use for getting in the truck. Never was fond of steps or running boards I have a friend that says he can get me a starting column for about $30 so hopefully getting the part is...- SPR1NK

I'll admit I use it to pull myself into the truck but the steering wheel is never in the far up position, it's kept where the column is pretty straight out, there's really no point in it having a tilt cuz I don't use it I seen the part on lmc truck earlier, but wasn't sure if it was worth...- SPR1NK

Last weekend my steering column suddenly broke, seemed to me like the tilt broke cuz I could just move the steering wheel up and down. Took it apart today and discovered the casting that has the bearings in it and the tilt stuff attached to it is broken all apart. Is it possible to buy that part...- SPR1NK

what is going on????
pulled it all apart today and found this awesome busted thermostat, stupid napa garbage parts. replaced it with motorcraft thermostat (thanks black dawg) and different radiator. running cool with no leaks now. thanks for all the help everybody.- SPR1NK
