    radiator i definitely need to replace, just cant really afford one right now, but thermostat was new about a year ago, it was however just a generic NAPA thermostat, suppose it already crapped out on me? would bad radiator and thermostat combined cause this issue?

    on the way home form work cruising about 55 everything was normal, oil pressure about 40 psi, temp on cold edge of bracket, then all of a sudden the oil pressure drops to 20 and the temperature shoots up to the A in normal, get it home(thankfully was close to home) and shut it off, pop the hood...

    Sell it? Are these intercoolers that bad? This one seems to be pretty clean from what I can tell, but obviously I can't check inside very wel, are these just that bad that it's not even with the effort to try to use?

    I actually have a homebuilt bumper that sits a good bit further out than the stock one did, so I think it should clear there, but I wasn't sure if it was doable just because the intercooler seems to be a bit thinner than the radiator so the inlet and outlet would be right against the radiator...

    I have an intercooler that I believe is from a 6.4 powerstroke that I can get for free, but I don't know if it will fit and work properly, has anybody done this, or know if it's possible to make it fit and work properly?

    Ok, that makes sense as to why it revs up then, but would that fuel not blow out the exhaust as I'm cranking it?

    Yes I'm using the 7.3 controller, but the controller box is unhooked and I have the relay manually controlled, when I push the button for my glow plugs I hear the relay click, WTS light comes on, and it is putting power to the glow plug wires

    A friend of mine told me to check my glow plugs with a test light that's hooked to positive terminal of the battery and if they all light then they are good, so I did that and every plug lights up, so I figured they were good, is this an accurate way to check them?

    I think I have a couple of return caps that might be leaking, but they only look like they aren't collecting dust like the others, there isn't fuel pooling around them, think those would be where the problem is? Sorry for so many questions, I struggle with this fuel system alot

    Can the high idle solenoid do anything If I don't touch the throttle pedal? I could see how air intrusion could cause a hard start, but could it cause the massive sudden jump in rpm on start? Would the fuel solenoid be an intermittent issue if its going out? Or is that one of those parts that...
