    went out in the parking lot just now to check it out. turn on teh e pump its clacking away, i watch its fuel bowl. Looks like the inside of the mesh (filtered) is full, i see and feel the outlet line pulsating. THe outside of the filter/fuel bowl i see the level is down about 1/2" from the top...

    eesh, thats nasty, I rtved my cooler to the block since i was pressed for time. Thin coast is all thats necessary, go a little thicker near the outside edge. go too thick and can end up with that extra oozing out towards the inside , potentially breaking off eventually. Same goes for any RTV...

    huge replies but simply put you cannot ceramic coat a valve because there is no way to control the thickness, and will ahve an inconsitent pattern with the seat, not to mention it will crack due to the millions of repeated slaps on the seat. UNless we are talking just coating the face of it...

    Yes i have the big ol trumpet on there. Is it just an npt plug that can be put in there? 3/8 or 1/2"? What do i plug itnoff woth? Still doesnt answer how come the electric pump cant purge the air out? Or starts hard even after i manually purge the air from filter head as the pump is running?

    Whn i say half on throttle, i had the hand theottle up to approx 1000rpmish to mimick the hi idle solenoid. 4awg feeding two 8awg wires for the cabling. Cleaning all hot and ground connections.
