    What year did the AC switch to R134a?

    I have a note r12 1993 and vacuumed system, new compressor, orifice dryer etc flushed lines and converter to r134 is works fine. The parts 94 I had did have 134 and the condenser is bigger. I can try to get a pic tomorrow comparing them. I plan on swapping it over when swap my engine.

    I was wondering why we couldnt modify the turbo oil return pedestal to run through an oil cooler? That's probably the hotest oil, an already returning stream, and could be routed anywhere instead of the valley pan.

    I have an idi cooler out of a truck I can pull regulator and measure if need be. Heres some pics I found. Looks similar maybe? The 6.0l glow plug harness fits this engine maybe something else will too haha
