AC Overhaul (yes another one...)
Just did this with my 93. 94 was the first year for R134. I had black death so I replaced everything (and I mean everything!). Old r12 system was running r134 and struggled to get vent temps under 60 degrees. The new evaporator, condenser, liquid line and compressor are for a 1994 R134...- jrollf

Engine oil fill funnel
I found a 'radiator funnel' fits snuggly in the oil filler hole, really cheap at AutoZone. However more recently a bought a vintage 'swing spout' oil filler/funnel that i really like. Sent from my SM-N960U using Tapatalk- jrollf

Coolant mixture tester
When I flushed mine, i pulled the water jacket drain plugs (hint, replace the plugs with petcock valves, makes future drains quick!) from the block as well as pulled the lower radiator hose and drained the radiator. Dash Bezel for Diesel Pickups
Hopefully someone can point me in the right directions. My Dash bezel is cracked so is looking for a new one. The ones I keep finding are for 1994-1997 (F4TZ15044D70C). Like this one from Amazon...- jrollf

Champion Radiators for the IDI
My aluminium one is 'two core' as well. However each core is as wide as two copper cores. Read somewhere that wider cores are supposedly better but copper is to soft to make two 'wide' cores so they make four 'skinny' cores instead. Sent from my SM-N910P using Tapatalk- jrollf

Possible cracked head
Back in 2009 I was able to get new heads from Clear Water Cylinder Heads https://www.cylinder-heads.com/ I don't see the cylinder heads listed on their website anymore but might be worth a phone call to them and see if they still can get them. Sent from my SM-N910P using Tapatalk- jrollf

Radiator Cleaning Question
A quick wash with Regular Simple Green might be OK, you DON'T want to soak it, if you want to soak it you probably want to use Simple Green for Aircraft, it is supposedly designed to not hurt aluminum. pop/cluck when backing out or making sharp turns
I chased a clunk for several months in my font end, turned out that the last time I had the front end aligned they placed the clamps on the toe adjusting collar facing straight up.
