    I had the exact same symptoms and after 3 alternators it turned out to be the voltage regulator. So try the voltage regulator due to it being a cheaper and an alternator.

    When cutting your hose make sure to leave a lot of slack so its easy to work around. Don't be like this dummy trying to make it look a ll nice and ending up cutting it to short. I'm too cheap to go and buy another hose so I just live with it.

    Fuel filter heater terminal leaking

    I just went through the same thing these o-rings will solve that problem instantly. Worst part of it is re-bleeding everything once your done. Also change your fuel filter while your at it.

    The best budget stater?

    So I have garbage spelling as you guys have pointed out. It turned out that the terminals on the stater were loose so I cleaned them up and haven't had a problem sense. Heck I think it's a Napa starter, don't remember what my grandpa put on it before I brought it from him.

    You should never have to pull the pump just gently move the hard lines out of the way. Now you will have to deal with the return lines, make sure you have new o-rings once you get your injectors back unless you want the most unholy mess ever.

    My issue is that the gauge works fine, the selector valve is stuck on the back tank even though the switch is on the front tank.

    Yesterday I filled up and flipped over to my front tank and took a road trip pulling a 14 foot enclosed trailer . When I got to my destination(hour drive) I noticed that the gauge had not moved!     So what did you do with your truck today?

    Mowed over 6 lawns today packin it in before the winter, the mowing seasons coming to an end here in Ohio but the truck is ready for it all. Tows the 14 foot mowing trailer with out a problem. Best work truck I could ever have. :Thumbs Up

    4x4 shifting

    For me from 2H to 4H shift is no problem and vise versa while moving but I have to stop and fight and I mean Fight to get it into neutral then 4L. I think my linkages may be a little jacked up.:(
