For the price, I would buy it regardless of maintenance history. Long as the body is decent, and the interior isn't ratted.

I'm not exactly sure what you are asking. You should be able to get a replacement fitting though. Tell the parts store it's a heater hose fitting.
It should go to the heater core.
You can get that one out with some heat.

It's a nice piece for sure, but made with the intention of doing it without pulling the pan. I would just do the ford kit and save some money. If use some loctite or rtv on the nut, it should never become a problem.

I guess you could. Lol I think have seen that before.
But replacing the oring and loctite on the nut will also suffice.

From the other forums, I hear they work well.
While the pan is off would be a good time to reseal the dipstick adapter.

Most here aren't throwing in pistons with valve reliefs. Iirc, the issue is piston to valve clearance. I think was said would need a one off cam from scratch. Which brings up 2 issues; 1. Cost. Most wont be willing to pay that. 2. Cam shops not wanting to do small runs.
Maybe Russ or Wes could...
Ah, I did see some people say they tried it, didn't work. But wasn't a ton of people. Gravel road may be your best bet.

Some say to hit a gravel road and lock up the brakes a few times.
But.... I don't know who you talked to, but AE will infact bleed the abs. It's under "service bleed."

Suburban has been doing okay. Averages closer to 12.5. Decent for the amount of idle time.
A few weekends ago I did the rear main and the tcase pump rub fix. No leaks now.
Am having a few slight issues that I believe are related. I got the bank 2 knock sensor code, replaced both and the...
Well, new cam is in.
Cam, lifters, springs, pushrods, tune to match. Can for sure feel a difference. Should probably do a converter now. Lol

I would stick with ford/international. Riffraff has a decent price.
The ebay cup/tool combo's are tempting at the price, can't say that I've heard any feedback.
