    Transmission issues

    Got fluid in it? Some newer fords use an unserviceable filter and magnet. After say 50000 miles the synchros get full of metal shavings and, well, the trans is shot. The manual says 90k is so for fluid change, maybe even 120k in some cases. Most guys are having to do 30k.

    I was having the same starting issue. Put a check valve prior to the mech pump and have no issues now. Maybe you have a leak in your modified supply lines somewhere: filter, pump, etc.

    I believe, not 100%, that they fold down until 97 or so as a coworker showed me on my truck and said his 97 was the same. Be cool if I could find a nice red back seat from a later model to replace the vinyl low one. Sent from my SM-G950U using Tapatalk

    I used lucas oil stop leak in mine and the noise went away. The level has also maintained now.

    At -5 the other day I gave it 10 seconds on the plugs, let it rest for 5 then cycle for 3, off 3, on 3, then tap the throttle to engage high idle and she turns right over.

    Especially with a plow. Things beat. And if it was used enough yo have a phone put in it, maybe even more idle hours to boot if it were a contractor sitting at a site.

    If anyone wants one there is one sitting on the side of the road in SW Seattle by Michigan BLVD right across from the Seattle Mart where the homeless all sleep in vehicles. Also a nice old 50s or older Dodge pickup there and an E350 camper like @Cubey has. Probably have to fight a bum for it.

    Just having slabs made. My buddy's dad builds furniture for a living and I will be using some for tables and odds and ends in the basement. Probably another 15 logs to grab next weekend

    Moved these 7 logs of cherry. Was a pain to load up by hand but she handled it beautifully.

    Best I could say is ebay or find a pick and pull with one in it. If that doesnt work, I got my DIESEL emblems from a guy who was parting his truck out a few hours away.
