Shifting problems
I have a 99 powerstroke and it seems to be taking off in second gear and not shifting. Was told it could be a neutral safety switch but wasn't sure. I have replaced the vehicle speed sensor and just wanted to get other opinions before spending a lot of money.- Daniel Kneisley
