    I did by fuel line off Amazon and connectors to replace it . Now if I can just get the new tank mounted back in truck. It is proving impossible to connect the fill line to the tank!!

    The threads fit. The problem is the sensor is to big to fit in area and tighten down

    Not only is the tank rusted but I have worse leaks from the rear tank fuel lines running along the frame. The steel lines are completely rusted and dripping diesel everywhere

    Well getting the plug out was not a problem, but the boost sensor will not fit in that area to tighten down. The base will not fit.

    Thank you both gentlemen! I sprayed it with pb blaster to soak, what’s the chances of busting the aluminum turbo hat if it is corroded?

    Ok. Got the front side tank pulled today, was not really as bad of a job as I thought. It still had about five gallons in it but I pulled the filler loose from the bed and luckily it had enough slack to reach the ground . Lines were a little hard to get disconnected, but some on blaster and...

    How was changing the tank? did you do it from below or remove the bed? I just bought 2 new tanks for mine , dreading the work to change.

    My truck has a stock 7.3 turbo. What is the max psi put out by the turbo? They offer 3 different ranges of gauges . Also which EGT gauge should I buy? There is one for 1500 degree max and one for I think 3000 degree.
