    :shocked: It's going be a pain to get your gear timing correct. Really should not take the IP gear cover off with the gear. You can't see the timing marks to get the IP gear timed with the cam and crank gear. Heath

    I'd have them checked for warping, cracks, valve guides/stems for wear/play, valve seats and the works. Nothing like a bad head to kill an IDI in short order. You have them off, there's not a better time than now to either reassure yourself they are fine or find a problem and get it fixed...

    Got a chance to slap it on and see if it helps? Got another IP that's a little hotter if you need. But, I'd recommend adding two more turbos with it. 1100cc's is a lot of fuel.LOL Heath

    Some bus (medium duty) applications had the oil sump/oil pickup in the front of the engine. Not a big deal, but would have to be swapped before install. Heath
