While I don't know the IDI that well. I do know P-pumps well. The gear and lines should be a pretty simple affair. Custom gear and the lines would be fairly simple. Feeding twins oil.
I have not run twins/compounds on an IDI. But on all other applications we run separate lines/sources. Also try to make sure that they have separate drains. A merged drain is a bad thing as well.- Crawler

Hopefully the pump is low enough to do what we want without cavitation. I would prefer to not have the pump hanging below the frame. But, If necessary I can move the pump rearward or down, or both.- Crawler

I appreciate that! I'm currently working on a pretty clean 92 5 speed IDI. The client wanted a banks sidewinder. While it was at the shop, I also added a valair clutch and solid flywheel. I'm doing headgaskets, ported heads, ARPs, and misc other stuff on a buddies 6.0 next week. if you want someone to test them out for a year or two, send them on over. I'll let you know how they do. :cheers: I've run Warren injectors before and they do quite well.- Crawler

If you can get a photo of the data plate on the timing cover then we can decipher some things for you. As far as I'm aware, all of the on road 6bts have similar lift pumps. Get a picture of what you're dealing with and I'll see if I can point you in the right direction. If it is just a broken wire in the harness, you should be able to solder it. I should have an old comp box on my shelf somewhere, I can look at it and compare.- Crawler
