    Who knows what higher power came down to the ford powertrain engineers in the 60s and granted them the C6. The beast made it all the way to '96 behind over 20 different engines, can handle crazy horsepower for cheap, takes a wrath of abuse no problems, and simple for gearheads to rebuild...

    Yup you got it. Higher numbered ratio "deeper" gears have higher off the line grunt, but rev the wee out of a motor at high speed. Adrianspeeder

    Whats a three blade case? I hear ya midnight rider on the pre '92 non multifunction switch, cept for one part. I ain't a fan of the floor switch for the highs. Took care of that with my relay rewire on the '88. Easy reach and I can flash them quickly. Adrianspeeder
