So i got time to mess with it a little
usually if one side is burnt, the gasket is fubar, andn the uvch is also fubar dorman makes a kit that has the pieces cheaper, but in my opinion its junk, had to replace in 1 week, but its cheep the F7TZ-14489-BA (94-96) was like 20 bucks for 4 check ebay under texascore they usually have...- Double-S-Diesel

So i got time to mess with it a little
you can get new connecters from ford, u will need gaskest also and probly need ucvh as well. the bare wire is supposed to be that way.- Double-S-Diesel

I have the perfect 5er puller could be yours, its a little over kill for my pop up. I like my SDs never had any major problems other than 1 motor. wheel bearing assemblys will last 50k or maybe 200k just dont know. 4 wheel disc is awsome. IMO the seats are more comfortable. tow mirrors...- Double-S-Diesel

Ignition switch?
pretty simple, take the lower dash off, then pull the wiring harness off it, its a 7 mm, then 2 t-30 screws and its off.- Double-S-Diesel

Electric Vacuum Pump
im not shure on ther pvh most I have a plugged off. try this does the vac line to the hubs hold vac, you may have a hub seal that is leaking. from what I know about the auto hubs they use so much for so long to lock, them so much for so long to unlock.- Double-S-Diesel
