Two different u joint sizes on rear drive shaft?

Installing SD recovery points on an OBS??????
yup that's it just the 3 1/2" bolts hold them on. hell on the jeep the stock fronts are on 2 1/2" bolts- Double-S-Diesel

o the super duty they are just bolted through the bottom of the frame, the 3 bolts also hold the spring hanger- Double-S-Diesel

If your truck is vibrating this might be the culprit
hone that came in with the bel housing cracked the whole way around,. cause of it was the flex plate crackedand they kept running it- Double-S-Diesel

Brakes pedal soft for most ot its travel.
one side shoes wore out check park brake cable, make sure the arem is returning, I bet its not- Double-S-Diesel

Anyone removed RABS from their truck?
rabs should not lock up one wheel. sound more like a wheelylinder, or a park brake cable issue I know I had my fair share of cables not allowing the shoes to rtuen to mormal. this could also be your pedal issue, when my cable stuck I could feel it in the brake pedal. also you cant unplug...- Double-S-Diesel

if the trans pan is the same on yours as my 99, the Y pipe has to come down, pan wont clear it, found this out after I had fluid all over the place :mad:- Double-S-Diesel

as for the 4x4 is it a full time auto or a true push button, my 99 had the full time auto 4x4, then a 4x4 and a 4 low, in the auto mode it never slipped a wheel, the system worked flawlessly, only time I actually hit the button is when I wanted it to stay ingaged on the rad the the plant. wnem...- Double-S-Diesel

Body Lift kits wont fit diesel models?
had 3" body lifts on my 92 idi and my 96 psd on the 92 the dr side head hit, on the 96 the head hit and I had to modify the 4x4 lever and cut the floor pan for the zf 5 shifter to fit right- Double-S-Diesel

2 wheel abs
4 wd or 2wd doesnt matter 4 wabs, or 2wabs, othe than the abs is inactive in 4 wd. as for the rear wabs, only having one sensor, basically if one wheel locks up the differntial quits spinning and the sensor dectects lock up.- Double-S-Diesel

factory boost 15-20 psi, no port but usually put a t in the map sensor line, most suppliers have the t- Double-S-Diesel
