    Another E4OD

Code 92 is an issue with SS2. It could be shorting out, Could be reacting to slow. The TCM is see a problem with the voltage so it will throw a 92 code at you. You could replace the TRS (MLPS) if you haven't done so. A failed TRS will give you a code 67. Other hints of a failing range...

    2wd 4R100 to 4wd swap

The 2WD extension housing gets replaced with a 4WD extension housing. The later (99 and up) housing has to be used. Later housings are cast steel with a hole for the OSS.

    2wd 4R100 to 4wd swap

To remove the output shaft, the tranny has to be completely disassembled. All 4R100s are interchangeable. There are some early units that are non PWM. But they can be interchanged too.

    Another E4OD

To start. Scratch code 22. It doesn't apply here. 23 is a TPS code. You have this set correctly? There should be no glitches when moved from idle to full throttle. 56 is a TFT code This code combined with a 92 code (solenoid 2) says there is a problem with the solenoid pack or...

    6.9 Superduty

EPC default setting is full open with no power. The PCM (TCM for pre 95) uses voltage from the TPS to send amperage to the EPC solenoid. EPC solenoid is variable force.

    6.9 Superduty

Adding more friction beefs up the clutch pack. It doesn't have anything to do with line pressure. Increasing the line pressure guarantees the clutch pack is going to hold. The catch is not going to far with it. To much is going to break stuff. To little will burn up the packs. The shift...

    6.9 Superduty

You should add a shift kit to your tranny. Take advantage of your work.:D Take a look at the accumulator valve. There is a possibility that you are setting the TPS voltage to low. This will throw off the EPS, dropping line pressure.

    6.9 Superduty

Take a look at the accumulator valve. That could be sticking on you. By increasing the TPS voltage opens the EPS increasing line pressure. This is how Banks and others "improve" performance of the E4 electronically. Did you add a shift kit? Such as TransGo. Your ball locations...

    Wobbly fly wheel???

You can change the pump seal if you want. But with the converter attached to the flexplate, it will not wobble.

    Wobbly fly wheel???

Old flexplates will wobble like that once the converter is removed. The center is fatigued and ready to break.
