    Maybe I missed it but.. Did you change the fuel filter lately? Sounds like you are running out of fuel pulling heavy on the throttle but.. Running slowly it runs fine. Check fuel delivery pressure on injection pump side of the filter.

    I believe the space is sufficient for the tool to remove the pulley easily. Please... Just DO NOT try to remove the pulley by the outside diameter. That ruins it. you need the special power steering vacuum pump remover tool. they can be rented too from many fakeass autoparts chain stores.

    Normally the gears have a bevel cut on them for the starter gear easier engaging. Your flywheel appears to be in good shape too. I suspect you have a standard trans. BTW the gear is replaceable.

    Welcome to the forum. Can you tell us what the fuel level is in the tanks? If its near 1/4 tank you probably are running out of fuel. These tank suction heads break off and the last 1/4 tank of fuel can't be sucked out. cheapest easy fix is never allow level in tanks to get to 1/4 level.

    Honestly that looks like the "water" is squirting up from the oil cooler flange below the bottom radiator hose flange to the block.     As much as pulling the engine seems like an overwhelming job its really not. Compared to working in too tight of an area and being under the truck really makes an easy job hard as hell. Just make sure the engine stand is the 2 ton size with 4 wheels under it.

    A/C Fuse Melted in the Fuse Box

    If this happened often my suggestion is cut loose the wires behind the fuse panel. Then install an inline fuse large enough to cover the amp draw. But best idea is to find out why the large amp draw is happening.
