    If you use an additive that will disperse the water it will place the water in suspension in tiny droplets - untreated diesel fuel will leave the water on the bottom of the tank where you have a chance of draining the water out rather than the entire contents.

    Good quality chains - with wear bars - are hard to find. I bought a great pair for 15" tires right off the shelf in Utah years ago and gave them away when I sold that truck. Watch for thin links (I've seen some that are 1/4 ") and poor quality steel.
