    the only part ive came across that i couldnt buy new was the 93+ serpentine belt tensioner with the shock. this was taken out of production pretty recently. another big one was the factory/093 up pipes, but i started making them for this very reason

    the timing cover does go into IP gear housing and has a notch. so make sure you pry from the bottom, where all the silicon is holding it to the pan. it can be done, but id rather pull the gear housing and reseal that too. theres no gasket, and youre relying on silicon for it to seal properly...

    the hardest part of the job is taking the IP gear cover off without losing timing. i usually set the engine with #1 at TDC. leave the IP and gear alone but use a long threaded bolt to lock the gear down to the case before removing it

    only on accell. the rear shaft was hokied together on my bench. im taking the other i have to the shop today to get professionally done. its bran new, and will be balanced. my lathe isnt big enough to get them perfect. its ok tho. i will have spares!
