    ive also made plates to block off coolant passages to check the block for coolant leaks, and cavitation pin holes. my first IDI i built had a issue, which turned out to be a spider webbed block from a lower stud install

    also, new yukon 4.10's. yukon rear locker, lunchbox up front, wide ratio ZF5, 12 psi in those geolanders. this is a trail rig. ment to handle anything i decide to tackle while still retaining street drivability. built oldschool. she does just fine, and rarely have to pull a line.

    ive got a 460 ZF in my ranchero with an IDI, and altho i have 4.10's and dont tow, the 3-4 shift isnt the best. my LUK clutch fries over when i hammer 4th. make sure you put a good clutch in! i mostly use this for offroad, so the 1st thru 3rd is perfect

    me, that would be me, last weekend. bent my t case shifter and didnt have 4lo had to wheel out in 4 high fried that clutch a few times. also, with a 150 cc IP on, it will grab 4'th, climb to 30 psi and then smoke the tire.... i mean clutch lol new south bend ready to install
