    I cleaned mine by dropping it out and carefully tossing it in the scrap pile (it had a hole in it) and installing a new one with new guts. I will point out this post (mine)is of no help. Other than it is working excellently

    I have been told (and believe it to be true) the lines if laid straight are the same length but also have to have equal degrees of bends to keep the timing for each fuel line the same.

    When I had a problem that was hard to find, it was the o-ring at the electric plug for the fuel heater on the filter head

    From your pictures it looks like your plug end has been re-pinned into a "new" pigtail and they left the rubber seal and black plastic cap from the original one on the wires.     That is what worked for me too. Using the old fittings fixed it for me. I would encourage anyone installing a newly rebuilt pump install it and run it before returning your core

    After some trial and failure of a few of the fitting off the old pump ( and I am not too ashamed to admit some carefully applied blue lock tight) it is no longer leaking.     Little more investigating on the old pump. These weep holes do just pass from the insert in the pump. I have a copper wire running though just to see it. Hopefully the pump side on my new one isn't damaged

    Only reason I ask is It has the same weep hole at all the injectors but the only on that leaks is this one.
