No, but I have read that the brake off some old np200 cases can be swapped (possibly).
Np205 fits after you notch the round flange. Its well documented - google it.
Staying with the stock front springs will yield something like 4-6" lift.
I think the brake adapter on the aluminum BW case will be difficult. May be better to source a np205 where brake kits are available.
All the ford RSKs I know of keep the factory rear hanger. Once a shackle is added, there's lift.
If you remove that hanger and put a bushing in the frame (chevy/dodge style) you should be able to keep it lower.
Diesels are cold-blooded. Imho, the cold idling downsides outweigh any benefits from it finally building a little heat.
Better to let the block heater do the work for an hour and maybe run it for 5-10mins.
Sad to say.... "Going rates" are a thing of the past.
Try your google-fu, and phone nearby engine shops. Brace yourself. They probably need good cores from you to rebuild.
The IDI with straight pipe is quite raspy in my experience. A turbo knocks it down a bit.
I would probably do a 3-4" single with one of those hi flow see-thru style mufflers.

Some cheapo brands are an undersized joint. Moog's value line - Quicksteer - is a fullsize joint at least. That's what I buy typically (from rockauto), and grease at least twice/year.

Decide now if you want a pickup bed or flatbed. You can run singles on a dually axle, but not vice versa. The srw diff looks awkward under a 7' or 8' wide deck.
My w250 club longbed srw never turned well to begin with, and the wider axle i swapped...
I have two friends than ran rear torsen type diffs and got rid of them in favour of a real locker. Not hardcore offroaders either.
That said, I've got a tru-trac ready to go in the jeep's dana 30. Want something better than open on the front, and a full locker proved a bit quirky.
I had a nice & tight factory trac-lok in my f350 that simply wouldn't grip on wet grass with a ton in the bed. I sure hope the yukon product can do better, but i would be skeptical.
I went to Detroit locker on that truck and never looked back.
You sure about that? Rockauto only shows a 'square' one for 93 e350 diesel.
The rectangle one i'm thinking of is like a Cu1166. The core is darn near 3' wide and only 16" tall.
There is definitely some interchange with the E and F series rads. Don't recall the exact ins and outs. Would be the square shaped rad, not the wide rectangle.
Also check Summit Racing. Free freight could help a lot on these bigger items.

The 250HD (8500+ gvwr) and 350 pickup frames are identical; srw or drw. The 350 C&C is stronger rearward from the cab. The F-Superduty is stronger throughout.
Be careful of the early 80's frames as many have large swiss cheese holes in them for weight savings.

Sometimes you gotta roll with what you can get quick n easy. Pack a spare if its failure-prone. Start making moves to get a mechanical back on there.

I only buy greasable, and cost is a factor. GMB lately (made in japan), moog otherwise.
Actually greasing regularly is the key, proved that to myself over the last 25 years.
Fwiw, I recently did a filter and fluid change on a friend's E4OD. First thing he noticed was it engaged 1st and reverse quicker when moving the shift lever.
Blindly matching stock - but also the RSK. Doesnt seem like a sound strategy.
As I said before, get the caster figured out. RSK in particular may have changed the level/angle of the leaf spring, which is a direct change to the caster angle.
