    I’m not 100% sure either. But, you could make sure the radiator is full, get it to operating temperature (thermostat opened) and fill it to the HOT FILL mark.... Just make sure you have at least some in the bottom, and the hose is pushed all the way to the bottom... that way you don’t suck air...

    Ford finally discovered the relay in the new century.... lol The SuperDuty (Marketing name, not the F-SuperDuty) trucks and the 150’s have relays for the headlights now, one for the low beams, and one for the high beams.... there is a huge difference in the light output, and no mealty switch...

    Yes, we were off the air from sometime Monday evening until about 10AM Tuesday. There was an issue with the domain name registration that we got that resolved. I believe tapatalk uses a different way to connect to the site, and not using the domain name... so it worked the entire time...

    I think if I were wiring from scratch, I would switch the ground. One, that is what IH did on the 7.3 system, it controls the ground to the relay. To do a manual bypass on a 7.3 system, you supply a switched ground to the post the white wire is on. You can even leave the white wire connected...
