    His truck runs fine on diesel. Problem with warm starting is only on wmo.

    My buddy has a m35a3 military truck with a cattipiler engin. I mixed him up a batch ow w85 so about 6 gallons gas and 34 gallons drain oil sam mix I run in my idi. I have had great luck with this mix my truck will start hard when cold but after that runs great and gets better fuel mileage...

    They will come. I do this as a side project at work and I dont always have an open machine to run them on. Not trying to make excuses but when you are a machinist and people know it you are always given projects to make. I will do what I can to make more.

    I run wmo and have the same thing. Runs great on it but starts hard. I just plug my truck in then it will start right up.

    No the mechanical pump works fine. I have over 30000 miles on wmo with the factory lift pump.

    Did not have to remove cross member. But if I would have left the hangers the tip would have been lower than the rear axle.

    That would be a m10x1.0 tap not the m10x1.25 tap. Sorry had to correct that

    block heater starting on fire?

    A few weeks ago at work I was told some one was complaining about personal trucks plugged in by the building. Its a fire hazard the block heater could short out and start a fire. Has anyone ever herd of a fire started like this?

    If I do not heat the oil I add kerosene or diesel to thin it befor I centrifuge it. The centrifuge seems to run a bit better when its thinner. But if I heat it I add the diesel after. I run my centrifuge for about 6 hours.

    My spair unit was sitting with out a line hooked up and its looks to be full of ice. I wish I new that line was off when the parts truck got pushed outside.
