Well i got the oil up to temp and was going to let it heat over night but having problems with me electric motor. Hope to have it resolved as soon as possible. My car is running like crap and i just was to drive my truck on cheep fuel.
I have my first batch cooking. How hot should i get it and how long should it heat to get any water ov of it? its about 25 gal. wmo and 15 gal. hydro oil would that be called WHO?
I had to cut off all the exhaust hangers and remove about 6 inches rebend and re weld them back on. The hanger on the tail pipe I moved to the other side of the pipe to get more room between the pipe and tire. If you do not have a welder and a tortch I would not get this kit. I like the way I...
the dynomax is a 2.25 y pipe to a 3 inch and then 4 inch from about the front of the rear doors out to the back and a 5 inch tip. I would have rather had the 4 inch pipe out the side and throw the chrome tip in the scrap but the pipe was to short to do that.
I just put the full dynomax kit on my 93 crew cab. Its a nice kit BUT I had to cut off all the exhaust hangers and re weld them. The exhaust tip was going to come out even with the rear axle or just below. It hung down way to much for me. I pushed it up about 6 inches. The clamp for the tip...
Here is how I have my lid built. I like to make stuff like this so I want to make some nice fittings for the drum that I can weld on I like that idea better than the plastic fittings.
When I heat the oil I will have the bung holes open for venting.
Ok what I am thinking is I can pre filter and heat 50 gallons of oil. Then put 40 gallons into the fuge drum along with my 10 gallons of kerosene and get the fuge running. That will leave me with 10 gallons of warm oil I can pre filter 40 more gallons and get that heating up while the fuge is...
I got me drum lid put together last night. Now I just want to make some fitting to weld to the drum.
My plan is to take the oil pore it through a 150 micron drum filter to get the big chunks out then cover it and heat it over night. Then pump it out of that drum into my centrifuge drum add...
So you can put fsuperduty springs in a F350? I have a 1988 fsuperduty I am parting out. What do you all have to do to put the springs in? Just front springs?
I just ordered a 120 gph kit from pabiodiesel last week I am in the process of putting it together now. I looked at the price and figured in about 8000 miles it would pay for it self in fuel savings. It cost money to make money.
This is not mine I just seen it an Craigslist and I have no idea how to show the add. I think I have seen people on here looking and talking about them. If I am wrong or I am putting this in the wrong place i am sorry.

I don't know if it would be needed but if there is a special fitting that you would need to tap into the vacuum pump I am a machinist and can make what ever would be needed. If you need something just let me know.
I really messed up on this one 3 rims have 16.5-9.75 in the casting and one has 16-9.75. Well you win some and you loose more, I guess. Maybe if I could find one more matching 16.5 I would look into military tires, but they are so big I don't think they would fit and if I lift my truck it...
Thanks for the help!!! I will look into mixing with Kerosene. I suppose it would look fishy if I were to go to the gas station and pump my in bed transfer tank (well once I get it done) full of kerosene. I probably should just get a few more 5 gallon jugs.
Should I mix the kerosene with...
My dad and went in on it together and ordered a PA Biodiesel 120 GPH inverted rotor Centrifuge kit. It should be here this week we have a 55 gallon drum with a removable lid so in a week or so we should be spinning some WMO!!
Our plan was just to run the oil through a stainless screen to...
