    Cruise Control Question

    What I had to do was take apart the switch. When you split the case of the switch, you'll see there are curved metal bands under the button that act as springs/electrical contact. I used a tiny screwdriver to pry up the band to give it a good curve and have never had a problem since.

    I ordered up the $50 one, at least to get it running. How does the bypass work? Do you loop the 2nd tanks lines at the FSV? Is it possible to put the ports of the new FSV on the old one? Looks like that part of the FSV can come off

    Fuel injection pump / no power

    That harness gave me a lot of trouble as well. I think the connectors fail after time, or the wire rubs through and shorts. Instead of trying to deal with ford's system I've converted some of that harness to manual controls so I don't have to worry about the old wires...
