    WTB winch bumper

If you are willing and able to weld up a bumper kit movebumpers.com has a good option. I put one of their kits on my truck and this is how it turned out.

    Regulator on the return side???

From what I understand on how the system works, the return system relieves pressure that bled past metal to metal sealing surfaces. For example, the injectors have a small amount of fuel that bleeds past the pintle valve inside. This would put more pressure on the back side of the valve making...

Alternator V-belt pulley slipping when swapping to 3G alt

It sounds like your shim washer isn't thick enough allowing the pulley to get jammed up against the housing of the alternator. Either this or the shim washer is too big in diameter and is binding up. You should be able to tighten the nut on the shaft all the way but still be able to spin the...

Yet another air intrusion problem? I think..

I personally am running a holley black fuel pump but I need the extra flow for my larger ip. The holley red is good for stock because it has plenty of flow while not needing an external regulator. The next step up is the holley blue which does need an external regulator then holley black that...

5.9 randomly loses power and shuts off

I would check your fuel pressure and see if either the lift pump, overflow valve or air intrusion causing issues. My dad had a similar issue with the lack of power and it was a bad overflow and a loose hose clamp going into the lift pump.

Yet another air intrusion problem? I think..

Many people have issues with the faucet pumps. The pump itself tends to struggle to supply enough fuel and the screen bowl on the bottom of the pump has frequent issues with air intrusion.

    Installed turbo kit

Yes you should poke holes into the baffle. If you do not, it can cause the oil to back up in the turbo drain and either pressurize the turbo or cause a leak at the grommet. Do not drill holes into the baffle however because you will put metal into your engine

Ignition Switch RUN terminal wire R/LG always hot

When I was testing my glowplug amp draw (when warm outside) it spiked around 260-270amps and quickly dropped off. So I decided to use a 250 amp breaker with no issue. However when it got cold it would pop the 250a breaker every cycle so I replaced it with a 300amp and have had no issues since.

    Leaking water pump

I am currently running the flowkooler pump on my truck however I haven't put enough miles on it to say one way or the other. However with a visual inspection I am impressed with the build of the impeller on it.

    Heat

That would be for the air recirculation blend door. When extended it pulls air from outside, when retracted, it pulls air from inside the cab

    Fuel leak

I think the biggest advantage is ascetics but i can see with the r&d rails there should be less vibrations and movement disturbing the orings, especially during maintenance. On top of that,, the lack of rubber hoses between caps removes one failure point in the return system.

This is the wastegate I'm currently using, it allows for different springs to be installed depending on what boost you want to see. https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07YKMXBMK/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_apa_i_jiD-FbM15QH2W?_encoding=UTF8&psc=1

So far, when I go up grades, I can hold steady at 75 @ 900-1000 but if I accelerate up the grade it quickly heats up over 1400. I'm not quite sure yet if its a break in issue or not enough cooling. I have to finish welding on the plates on the uprights then ill have some more photos to post...

The Official "Show Us Your Ride" pictures of member's trucks thread.

The only good way to make these trucks faster is to add a turbo and tune the fuel to match the extra air.
