    ok I have the chance to get a 83 F-250 with a solid bed. are the body lines of the truck the same as on my 94? also i was told that the 83 has a newer bed :dunno will it bolt onto my 94 with no problem?

    what is the difference between the vac pump for a 94 idi and the 94 powerstroke? I'm having trouble believing the parts dealer cause he says there is none.

    Spare carrier?

    my spare carrier was so rusted up i had to torch it off to get the spare down. I just cut the whole thing out from under the truck and keep the spare in the bed mounted on the pass side behind the cab

    plastic fuel line issue

    well its fixed for now I just cut out the bad part of the plastic line with a wiz wheel, took a straight 4 inch piece of 5/16 brake line slid it intothe line till they both met up in the middle of the steel line and hose clamped it. no leaks this will work till I put the new bed on the truck...

    Thanks guys I'm looking for a long term fix. I don't want to just patch it I'm just going to just cut the hose off the steel line and use some multifuel rubber hose to go from the rear tank to the steel line.

    well one of the plastic tubing lines that go from the rear tank to the steel lines cracked and its leaking. my question is what is the best way to get the plastic lines off of the steel lines that are running up the frame of the truck? can I just replace the lines with good rubber hose?

    just like it says, im sick of looking at the factory steel rims and i hate hubcaps. would really like the factory aluminum rims think from 94-96 with the 8 holes in them, can't remember there names. Also open to other kinds let me know what you got and where your located.

    I called ATS earlier and they sent me the file pic of there set up. I have a factory turbo diesel and i need the factory cast merge piece. from the look of the file they sent me it dosent look like the factory piece i need. I dunno what to do dosent anyone have one that they want to part with...

    yea its a factory turbo. ATS will have this part? I must tell you all its frustrating when you arnt even sure what you need and where to get it and your local parts store dosent even know where to find anything.

    hey guys. well I got the new exhaust manifolds in but I need the cast piece that the two pipes merge into before the turbo. no auto parts store I know has it:dunno Ford said its discontinued. so does anyone have this laying around? I made the crossover piece just need the cast merge. anyone?

    yea i just need the crossover pipes. I though about just bringing the pipe to an exhaust shop but wasent sure if they could copy it. im just in a crappy mood cause of the broken bolts being flush in the head I dunno if i can get them out without taking the heads off.
