^those are awesome. I got them holding my mounts together from the bottom since its impossible to find the OEM super duty ones unless they are take offs!
I am waiting on a response from @riotwarrior, he had dibs on the intake, SMF, inj and studs.
I have been swamped at work so have had zero time to mess with any trucks. But am targetting next week or this weekend still to pull both engines.
bringing this thread back up, as there are big changes coming soon!

I kinow we have the swap section but I think this thread needs to...

damnit, im just seeing that thsi engine has like...a real computer, and it has EGR?! im jsut hoping it doesnt lock me out/defual or whatnot with certain stuff unplugged.
I know the PCM needs to see CPS in order to even energize the alternator to allow charging, jeez!
I was using god for speedo before. Dodge uses vss in the pumpkin. Ill ptbably try to use the entire dodge cluster.
Would be good to have the cruise from the dodge too.
got the whoel truck for 1100$ and drove it home. 3rd gear synchro is done
Took a while to get going, starter wasnt engaging, the fuel leak which turned out to be a double gasket on the fuel filter, we were twoing it aroudn the guys yard behind it truck for a good 30 mins bleeding injectors...
Its all installed on the engine and is all running and driving daily. Injectors have maybe 400 miles on them.
Just injectors are stage 1. Turbo kit is home brewed sched 40 piping with ugly welds. Will get pics once its all out.
Hopefully I dont get banned for this...but I think im going 12v with nv4500 into P9106...
Will be posting me stuff for sale soon enough once the swap starts..
picking up a 96 dually with 270k miles on it for 1800 or less within the next week...
Im sure the IDI would wake up with a good pump...
So, is there yet another alternate location other than the one by the clutch slave? That plug is in there so tight and that tiny square head got rounded off pretty easily. I can attempt to drill it out...or somewhere else i could pick up oil pressure?
nice big puddle under truck whole running. finally wedged me phone back in there, no way i coudl see stickingmy head there, yup, its jsut dribbling out past one of the lower fittings. Got a 3' line made up at work to go from the side of the block, and tonight will pull the downpipe and plug that...
So drove it round etc etc. much less smoke on startup, eve with crappy start. no oil into compressor or turbine so thats good :D
still got a top side oil leak from..somewhere...will track it down eventually, But, the truck has like NO POWER.
i mean, i got foot to the floor just barely trying...
^perhaps it is cavitating the fuel via the solenoid motion. interesting.
But yeah, when i had a leaking return O ring on one injector earlier, the thing was pumping fuel all over the place, so..it works fine..
^ bill, you are saying 10s is long enough right?
Im adding two check valves to my return system...although again..i dont understand why it has an effect since i have an electric pump
1 will go before the filter inlet, the other will go right after the IP return. I assume they have a 3-5...
Right, but i checked the fuel after that start and i shut it down.
45f and 10s not long enough?? Dang...
I duno doesnt seem right imo..
I will try 15 after work and see how she go.
Still seems like air intrusion from the video though no?
