NOW THATS A DEAL!!!! My only issue is that I have a weird thing with people working on my stuff (I’m sure you’re probably better than me) but it it’s gonna break I want it to be my fault lol
I bought a b&w turnover hitch. Was like 150$. I’ll clean it up and grab some new hardware.
It’s for a 02 superduty but the width is pretty close. Wouldn’t be hard to mod it.
It doesn’t look like much but I put killmat all over the firewall and a stock insulation pad over the top of it. The stock one is pretty muchjust for looks, I don’t want to see the killmat, it’ll probably help with heat though.
I haven’t taken a picture yet but I bought this 82 f150 yesterday for 750$. It’s really straight, has a little dent next the the passenger tail light but I already leaned against it and popped half of it back to normal so I’m not too worried. I WILL NOT BE KEEPING THIS, my girlfriend wants it...
I find myself thinking “I gotta get it on the road” and obviously yeah I miss it but I definitely don’t want to skimp out on stuff that’ll make it way nicer to drive.
I figure, while I’m here, I’m going to pull the dash (pain in the ass) and replace all the old firewall insulation stuff and clean it all. It’ll also give me some more room to make the firewall more pretty on the driver side
so all of the firewall damage is from the tire exploding and hitting it a bunch of times. I think this is the best I will be able to fix it with my ability.
Kinda makes me mad but I don’t think it’ll be noticeable at all with carpet ant insulation. I spread new sealant stuff all over because...
I swapped my cab over to my pretty frame. I ordered energy suspension cab mount bushings a few days ago and just got an email that there about 3-5 weeks out. There are probably a lot of people who are dealing with more than out of stock truck parts so I’ll keep quiet LOL
More photos because I’m pumped. I kinda made a 2 inch wide dent in the cab corner and it made me a little mad but I think I can pull it out or even cut and weld a new one in. I’ll already be slicing this bed up to make it as nice as my old one was so
We have 3 bays in here. The far bay (the one pictured) is basically the random bay. That’s where they cut all the Steel and usually store the boat and stuff. The other side is much more cluttered with tables and racks haha. I’ve said it a million times but I’m so lucky my grandpa lets me use all...
It’s 100% a working shop so I try my absolute hardest to clean it up after I use it every time so my grandad doesn’t trip over my junk. When I was younger I was pretty messy lol
This is as far as I’ve gotten on my little budget frame off.
I don’t have any photos but I ran all the fuel and brake lines. Also installed the tank and skid plate. I’ll be re looming the frame harness and cleaning it up then it’s onto swapping my cab over and doing some interior work. I have...
