Decided do pass side...it turns out to be a smaller outer patch panel required but larger internal patch...
This is where it stands now....waiting on primer n hardener cream before I go further....thankfully it is super dry n warm here so no issues like this.

After lunch jumped on the pass side...bit smaller patch but wee bit more repair on inner panel I think.
Did a sligtly larger patch panel will trim to size later...more to come when gst primer...this is it for now.

Just a thought....along w thos plugs which do look correct but incorrectly installed.....
You might want to remove the BLOCK plug on each side and install petcocks...or turn out the plugs use some liquid teflon thelread sealant and put em back in...snug but not so tight u cannot get em out for...

U might...get by w a lil help from a heavy friend like I did.
I took a 2lb hammer and punch and tapped the wee tabs inwards on each side till it stopped sliding...it got me home and drove around like that for quite some time...till engine went kaboom.

Well fluid type depends on differential. 80/140 synthetic for stock clutch lsd....but I myself am using TDH for diff fluid w a lunchbox locker...least for now...may switch out to synthetic later.

Ford rims up to mid 80's where same hub pilot as dodge......cough..chev cough had a smaller hub pilot. All 3 had 8 x 6.5 bolt pattern.
In mid 80s Ford went to larger diameter hub dia thusly they go on just bout anything.
If u hog out center the wheel weight rating is shot as these are hub...
Buy rims for a FORD they should fit ford...buy dodge rims...should fit dodge....dont see dodge emblem on my ford....

Well the ole pig is getting more difficult to start much more..its getting tired....so either fix E4OD in black mamba or swap its engine into this blue ox.
That aside short term...swapped in some ever so slightly used front pads....I was trying different pads for best braking....ones in truck...
