If oring #3 splits your coolant will mix with your oil. If oring #4 splits you get a puddle of oil under your truck. I would think oil cooler before head gasket. Do you see any water trails anywhere on the head?

When I had my idi, I put the powerstroke exhaust on it, it’s a little larger. It did help it breath better. Using that logic, when I redid my powerstroke exhaust I went to 5”. It breaths pretty well.
That could be but I think it was more of a fitment issue. When you get under there and look you’ll see why. Just not much room between motor and body pinch weld.

Resist the temptation to use a K&N or that style washable gauze filter. Allows small particles through that eventually wear turbo blades especially in dusty environment.

I know this says 97, but your 92 is wired like this.
It’s probably coming from the top of the engine. There is a drain hole at the rear passenger side of the intake manifold. Also a fuel leak can look like oil after it runs through all the grime. Find the leak up top and you may solve the bell housing problem.
