    WVO designs raw power fuge

Yah I tried avgas with little effect. Soaking in hot water with simple green seemed to work the best for me. Still took effort though :idiot:

    WVO designs raw power fuge

I got a used dieselcraft centrifuge and someone suggested simple green and that seemed to work good with hot hot water, plastic bristle brush and some elbow grease. I had to let itsoak in the simple green/hot water to soften up but it was hard. Agreed wmo is easy cleaning compared

    WVO designs raw power fuge

I have an absolute centrifuge. Not around any more. But would like to see what you think about yours. So you got it with the vfd? How about the feed cone? I want to make a feed cone for mine, be a cool mod. Congrats on the purchase!

    aux tank

Blending diesel will be super stable, so no heating issues with coolant. Might put a fuel temp prob and guage before the injection pump to see how warm it actually gets/hot enough. More for curiosity. I would think you might want less heat in summer so maybe a valve to control for different...

    aux tank

Two tanks is the way to go. Cool cool I dug around the old parts scrounge parts box. Found some part numbers for you. Might be helpful. I put a wanted add on Craigslist to see if anyone was getting out of wvo and wanted to sell off the gear. Worth a shot.

    aux tank

I personally just run the main tank and blend so I don't have to heat. I have bed tank for range extender and fill the main tank from it. This is what I dreamed up several years ago and made it so complicated I never did it

    aux tank

Are you planning on running it 100wmo or blending it 85wmo? I wonder cause if you use gas to blend then it might boil if it gets to warm. I was thinking of building "header tank" that heated. I was going to put a temp gauge and then 1996 Honda Civic heater control valve(cable operated, made for...

    Torque converter centrifuge

I bet you could get a old junk torque converter from a transmission shop for pretty cheap. Probably core price. 15-20$. Might be worth calling around. Just a thought. Good work man!

    Wmo and injectors tips

I am getting ready to replace my 5.9L 12valve cummins injectors. 215k on stock injectors I believe. `60k on wmo, not bad. I do a lot of towing. I was doing some research on injectors and a buddy showed me this video. SAC vs VCO. These guys logic makes sense. Wonder if anyone has tried SAC...

Sludge/water and oil seperator for ibc tote

gave it good test yesterday. Looking back the .5inch down tube should have been 2 inch then reduced to the .5 inch ball valve at the end. This would hold more sludge and water. Meaning that each time I pull off the sludge I would get more out. Currently I have to walk away and let it collect in...

Filtered wmo in carbureted oil stove?

Scored this heater off Craigslist for kinda cheap. Needs some glass and plumbing to get it functional but will try some wmo and blends to see how it does.

    Questions about wmo.

Nice man, you are set! now you just need to figure out other uses. Greenhouse, hot tub, sauna, etc lol Yah some go above and beyond. It would be nice to have that clean of oil haha. I use stacked totes and gravity to flow through my centrifuge. Your setup should work. Keep us posted, like to...

    Waste Transformer Oil

I have heard maritime used to use a bunch of wmo in the past. Is that still true? I was reading that 2020 requires world wide that ships burn low sulphur diesel/ng instead of hfo. Haha tons, that is nice. Little price difference makes a big $$. I have heard heating is required,150c that is...

    Questions about wmo.

Your welcome, Cool cool, wmo is a rabbit hole and lots of potential lol. Have fun with it! That is the most important thing for me haha. The single pass fuge can be varied on flow rate. The continuous(I should say it is a pressure driven fuge) flow can't really be varied that much. The flow...

    Questions about wmo.

https://www.garagejournal.com/forum/showthread.php?t=24280 This guy is a wiz kid and super nice. He talks about centrifuging oil like you want because he had the same and others issues. He talked about ash build up in the burn chamber. From the Carbon? I don't remember on what page he talks...

Sludge/water and oil seperator for ibc tote

Yep this is how I had it set up before I moved it. Back when I started. I used a clear nylon(or maybe vinyl) hose. Worked okay. Did not have a prob. Need to redue because different lengths. For the new config. I put a low spot and a drain on the centrifuge in.

    Waste Transformer Oil

https://www.epa.gov/pcbs/learn-about-polychlorinated-biphenyls-pcbs Man not nice stuff at all. So do they still use it in the USA? Looks like they were banned in 1979. Wondering if the new transformer oil has pcb's...
