Power Stroke Fuel Pressure Test Set - $300
Idk I can open the water separator valve & turn the key on & see that it's getting lots of fuel! Definitely volume, probably pressure too but definitely volume.- Violator

Cold no start issue FIXED!
Went thru a lot to find this. Replaced fuel & air filters. Fuel bowl clean, green diesel out the water separator. Noticed slight fuel leak on return fuel line F7UZ9S274BB replaced. Still no cold start! Aaarrrggh!! Good fuel pressure from fuel pump. Let sit for 2 days & HPOP reservoir still...- Violator

Cold no start issue FIXED!
Ended up being a dead switched ground wire to the front solenoid that provides preheat power to the air heater and fuel heater. Disconnected the inop ground wire and ran a jumper form the switched ground on the rear glow plug solenoid. Everything powers up & cycles together. Fired right up...- Violator

2002 E450 ambulance Exhaust blowing out both upper flanges at turbo Y pipe inlet. I've ordered the Navistar 1816103C1 donut seals & will have monday am. Has anyone changed these before and how big of a job am I up against? I've got access to the back of the turbo inside the cab, can...- Violator
