This thread is not old enough to disregard a thank you to Cole250 for the bubbling coolant photo. Given all the swollen rad hose posts in the forum, this is a solid check before jumping to conclusions (blown gaskets, cracked block/heads, cavitation etc).
Did you investigate or crank on those...

Thanks for the welcome. Awesome to know there's an extra brain close by too. The mechanicals of the zf swap are going smooth but I may stall on the wiring from the E4OD unless you know anything in this department.
