Towing heavy at 20MPH
At 12000lbs of weight I honestly wouldn't worry about using low unless you had to start on a hill. I have towed a two car gooseneck loaded down the express way at 60-65, total weight by the cat scales was 21000 for the whole thing. Granted this was with a C6 and 3.55 but I didn't have an issue...- Red coyote hunter

clutch fan time...hayden?
I am in need of a clutch fan too. From what I can tell the YB3162 is for a 1990-1992 IDI. I am not sure what changed since those years should still be V-belts. I also found the part number E9TZ-8A616-G along with the YB448 number in one listing, this looks to be for a 6.9/7.3 pre-1990- Red coyote hunter

84 wiring HELP
Tracked the red/blue and found the neutral switch was bad so the previous owner just added a push button instead of fixing it the proper way.Thanks again for the help.- Red coyote hunter

84 wiring HELP
I have a 84 f250 with a 93 7.3 turbo idi.I'm trying to clean up some creative wiring from the guy I got it from.And can not find out what wire color I need to trigger the start solenoid.I am not real fond of the under dash push button.I find either diagrams for a gasser or the wrong year,HELP.- Red coyote hunter
