4WD Lo Doesn't Work in Reverse?
OK, I went for another test run. I put it in 4WD Lo Range and it stayed there. It worked as expected in Drive, but Reverse just didn't seem very low. That's probably because R is higher than 1st in this transmission. Also my test area is the local Safeway parking lot which is not long enough to...- MOWOG

4WD Lo Doesn't Work in Reverse?
I need to back up a steep driveway with my camper on so I thought putting it in 4WD Lo would be perfect, but it doesn't seem to work? I tested this out in a local parking lot. It goes into Lo range just fine and works great in Drive, but when I put it in reverse it goes back to the taller...- MOWOG

EBC Brake Experiences?
OK, I like these new brakes a lot! Just now in St. Regis Montana heading back home after a loop through Idaho with the camper. One descent into Dworshak State Park was a 10% grade for a couple of miles. I got some fade at the bottom, but not bad really. I'm happy!- MOWOG

Steering ISSUE fix - Drag link roll causing dead spot
UPS guy dropped it off an Saturday (very nice packaging job, Brian!), but haven't got it installed yet. I wanted to get one of those splitters to try out. Right now I'm trying to fix some problems that I created on the truck before I head out on vacation. Thanks Mblaney!- MOWOG

EBC Brake Experiences?
This is the '97 in my signature, and yes they used the bolt design rather than the slide in pins that were on my '94. The calipers are NAPA rebuilds. I called two of my local Ford dealers and neither one sold the caliper pistons and rebuild kits anymore. I haven't got a chance to try them out...- MOWOG

Well as it turns out, EBC doesn't make a rotor for my truck. No wonder there wasn't much response! Will use the EBC Greenstuff 7000 pads with OEM rotors.- MOWOG

EBC Brake Experiences?
So I'm trying to decide on pads and rotors for my truck. I don't do heavy towing, just haul a camper around mostly. It seems like the EBC kits yellowstuff pads and slotted rotors are the high dollar option. Anyone actually put any EBC brakes on their trucks? Jim- MOWOG

Hit A Snag! Need A Wire Color Quick!
It worked fine for me, but you could test it out to confirm there is power after the glow plugs have cycled. I don't remember which one it was... sorry. I think that's where the injection pump solenoid gets key on power. It's been a while...- MOWOG
