Hard start, new DB2 & new fuel lines on back end of lift pump.
I got the IP from custom diesel design, heard great things & had a shop that works on idi’s install, I wanting to think it’s a glow plug related problem, tiny shot of ether always starts up immediately!- Kingralph88

Ever since the new DB2 was installed my starting when cold has been very tough and hard, lots of white unburnt diesel coming out the back. Fuel shut off solenoid problem?
I have replaced the shut off solenoid multiple times as well. The spring on the bottom is being pinched when tightened ever so slightly to stop leaking.- Kingralph88

Hello, I have some accross a problem when tightening stanadyne fuel shut off it tends to stick in the closed position. I want to say yes, I replaced my glowplugs right before I dropped it at the mechanics, I want to say I felt something weird happening like this while driving to the mechanics I don’t think they caused it.- Kingralph88

T-19 leaking from rear? Mechanic can’t find the seal?
The last seal on the trans is the rear seal, I would think that is the problem and needed to be replaced but I am not sure. Thanks for the seal number I’ll send this info along!- Kingralph88

He said he’s been looking online I am not sure it’s been taken apart yet. Said he doesn’t want to take gaskets off or seals off unless he knows he can find replacements.- Kingralph88

T-19 leaking from rear? Mechanic can’t find the seal?
Gear oil from T-19 leaking and overfilling the Doug Nash Overdrive bolt on unit. My mechanic can’t find the seal or part to fix this problem, anyone know what I’m dealing with? I think it is the rear seal of the transmission right before it bolts on to the overdrive unit.- Kingralph88

Check trans oil level today & it’s low, I do think the oil is leaking past the seal between the trans and the OD unit Does anyone have an idea of what seal I’m working with?
