Have your foot feed depressed to the floor and go to your throttlesshaft and try to move get it to move further. You don’t have to have the engine running. If you don’t get full throttle, you can’t produce full manifold pressure. And it doesn’t need to be that far out of adjustment. Just a thought Josh. It is where I look first. I don’t know if this is pertinent, most of my experience is with 1693 and 3408 CAT's, on highway logging trucks and logging equipment. I had some of them running up to 40 psi of boost, but just having a worn-out motormount would cause a 3 to 4 psi fluctuation in manifold pressure. When a...- Jim Sisson

Seat belt extension
I just picked up a seatbelt extender from my local Ford Dealership for my pregnant wife. It was free. The parts guy said that they were required, by law, to furnish them, free of charge (at least in Washington State), to comply with mandatory seatbelt laws in the state.- Jim Sisson
