Ok i have used the brick before several years back but i dont have access to one anymore... the one we use at my job is a touch screen vantage i think. Im not sure why i cant get trans codes... my truck is a 95 only has engine and abs computer option on the scanner does my trans have a seperate...- fordbrother95

Well it should be up to date we just had to upgrade to be able to run codes on stuff newer than 2010. I have a dinky mac scanner also sometimes it works when the big scanner doesnt i guess i should try it Sent from my DROIDX using Tapatalk 2- fordbrother95

Im using a snap-on scanner (i believe it a vantage model) we use it to scan codes on every vehicle that comes through the doors of our shop im completely confused as to why it says to unhook an orange and black wire under the glove box. Hey everybody. I have an e4od that shifts hard i have tried transX and its full of fluid. I tried to read the abs codes but unplugging the wire under the glove box did jack ****. The scanner said it was supposed to make the light start blinking. Blowd fuse maybe? Or is there a spot that wire...- fordbrother95
