just talk to the machine shop he said they can line hone and talk about the piston height. but also saying it will raise the crank and the lash will be too tight on the timing gear and over time will chew up the gears.
so it looks like i have a boat anchor for sale lol.
now off to the wreaker...
its just your standard flex plate for a auto trans.

got it apart it still have std. bearing so it wasn't rebuild. the forth main bearing spun, going to take the block and see if it is repairable later this week.
the balancer is in good shape, the rubber insert is still in one peice and not cracked or squeezing out.

driving home last friday night and getting off at my cut off all of a sudden some one open a can of marbles in my motor i limps it home and just got the motor out and found a broken crank shaft.
now what would cause it to brake where it did and what year of crank will fit in my motor

i have a 94 e350 van non tubro
replaced 8 glow plugs and new controller and it still won't start with out a shot of either.
i have 12v on the battery side of the relay and when its clicking i'm getting no more then 1.2 volts on the glow plug side of the relay where the g.p. wires connect...
