Ok guys I just bought an 03 3500 automatic 4x4 crew cab 5.9 ****** it’s got 206,000 on it. Runs awesome however…. The check gauges light comes on and it start charging at almost 15v. The code it throws is battery temp sensor low circuit. And battery temp sensor low performance. I’ve replaced...- firehonomichl

I am to! I also bought a cold air intake for a 99 power stroke I’m going to put on it. Hopefully that will help a lot as well! I had a heck of a time getting the down pipe off but I finally got it off and shipped.- firehonomichl

Turbo.....
Well guys... I finally did it. Took my 088 off and got it sent to Wes for a rebuild. Of course I have to get the 61mm billet wheel lol so hopefully it’s gonna be sweet! I’ll keep y’all updated. I was only getting 2-4 psi of boost so it was time....- firehonomichl

New 088 turbo
Hey guys I tried reaching out to Wes about his rebuild turbos but I can’t seem to get ahold of him. If I buy one from him do I need to get new up pipes or is it a drop in type deal? Just trying to make a plan any input would be great- firehonomichl

go to napa and buy a cheap bore scope and look down in the glow plug hole and see if you can see the tip to the glow plug. hopefully it didnt damage anything to bad. Im guessing they were autolite glow plugs? only use motorcraft they wont mushroom- firehonomichl

7.3 IDI Turbo fuel mileage after tuned up?
If it’s running rough run some hotshot diesel extreme thro it. Mine was having smoky starts idling rough and poor fuel mileage. I ran a bottle of that thro it and put the oil additive in and went for a drive. Thing runs great now I changed my fuel filter. Mines an 88 extended cab 4x4 5 speed and...- firehonomichl

Clutch and flywheel
To the luk single mass flywheel. It’s worth it in the long run. I got mine from partsgeek.com I think it was like $289.00 dual mass flywheels are junk.- firehonomichl

Much difference with steering stabilizer?
I had problems with my ttb mines a 4x4 tho. I did leaf spring bushing and tie rod ends and a steering gear box and it steers like a brand new truck- firehonomichl
